Read your Way to Wellbeing

This four week course will explore how reading can contribute to recovery.

Using a variety of literature, we will consider the themes of resilience, acceptance, humour and connection. Students will be invited to draw inspiration from characters and stories that have resonated with people living with mental health challenges.

This course also provides a space for students to consider their barriers to reading and offers participants information and time to plan how to overcome these barriers.

Read your Way to Wellbeing welcomes everyone, from avid readers to students who are curious about how reading might be able to support their recovery.
